Going from invite to complete
Respondents have to say “Yes” again and again before they finish, while a single “No” can send them out the door. And this doesn’t even take into account outside factors, like technical problems or interruptions.
Thanks again for the excellent training sessions. You were able to keep it interesting and worth every penny. You have such a thorough understanding of the software. ~~sigh~~ to be that wise!
